Camp may end between 3-4pm due to smoke or heat.

Meet at Wellness Center and players will be walked back over to Wellness Center after camp ends at the field.

Paper Registration forms can be located under forms & files at this time for teams and parents to print. These forms cover all sports registrations offered by Marimn Health for the 2019 Calendar year - making it easier to sign your child up for any other sports or activities we offer.

Online Registration will open on May 20th & both divisions will have their unique links posted here a few days before they go live.

Parents whose child played last year have accounts in our online registration platform. If you do not recall your login, please contact Josh @ jizaguirre@marimnhealth.org and he can reset your account info to let you register online. The Waiver & Medical Consent form must still be physically completed and submitted to your Community rep or directly to the Wellness Center even if you register online. Only Credit/Debit payments are accepted online. If paying by check or cash, please submit a paper registration form to your Community rep and they will submit all registration forms and payments to us in a secure fashion.
