Hello CMAFL Families, coaches and players!

We are showing some leeway this year on some limits due to various new players, organizations and league coordinators.

Team size limits are currently set at 20 players. We will show some leeway for teams that end up between 21-24 players where these extra players are inexperienced/new to the league. Depending on the situation, we may allow all players to suit up for a game or if the team is constructed by a majority of experienced players, it may be possible that we will only allow 20 players to suit up per game, to ensure players get their allotted plays. It is a sacrifice for those not playing that game will have to make for the larger than bylaw approved team roster. If coaches agree between themselves prior to a game to allow all players of a larger roster to suit up, we will allow that. We would like to simply do our best to ensure a fair game between teams but we also want each child to play the plays they deserve as stated in the League Bylaws. Within a single area you can have more than one organization(i.e. team), you cannot cross into other areas to create your team. For example, being from the Coeur D'Alene Tribe, you cannot get a player from St. Maries without approval, but within your community boundaries you can create another team and the kids can choose to play on the organization they choose. I hope this helps with anyone who may have questions regarding this issue.

Each organization has their own community representative.

The Community Representative does not have control regarding operations within a football program, they ensure the rules and bylaws of the CMAFL are being followed. They represent their respective program and coordinate activities. The representative can be anyone elected within their respective organization.

Greetings CMAFL! The 2017 season is quickly approaching and updated information will be posted soon. Several new communities have demonstrated interest in joining the league this year. We are working hard on getting up to date information out and will start team registration soon. Looking forward to a great season.

The new CMAFL Coordinators Darren and Josh are in the process of reviewing league operations and getting everything finalized for this upcoming season. We will be updating this website frequently with updates surrounding dates and important events. We should have a majority of the important dates and times finalized and posted July 1st, 2017.
